Roger Neilson Public School is located in Peterborough, Ontario which is a lovely community on the Trent Severn Waterway. Our school serves children and their families from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6, with students moving onto Kenner Intermediate P.S. for grade 7.
Our school is a vibrant and inclusive community of approximately 40 staff and 250 students, including 10 students in our specialized Learning Life Skills (LLS) class. Our students are active participants in learning and in a variety of extra-curricular opportunities throughout the year.
Our staff regularly engage in professional learning and share their time and energy supporting students' social, emotional and academic growth in varied ways. We are grateful for the strong parent and community involvement in our school and appreciate these partnerships.
School Messenger is our primary communication tool for families with students in our school. We also encourage you to check out our website which features highlights from weekly newsletter links, calendar dates and school Twitter pics. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions or would like to share ideas.
